Bird Box Videos
In 2015 and on their Golden Wedding Anniversary David and Elisabeth Brooks’ family gave them a webcam for their nesting box in the garden. Elisabeth saw the first eggs laid before she died. Birds have not used the nest every year and this year is the most successful.
We think you might like to see a selection of the videos – Elisabeth would have loved them.
(One of the videos shows the removal of a poo-bag to keep the nest clean.)

Wednesday 22nd May. The chicks all liked the sun and decided to go. One casualty. David was just in time to see the last one take its maiden flight.

What spectacular shots. Yes, indeed, Elisabeth would have loved this. What a great way to see nature and so close to home. Truly inspiring.
