These are some of the questions we will be considering in this workshop, which will be very much a participative event where you will have opportunities to consider these and to look at ways to lighten your load before you continue on your journey.

We will be drawing on ideas from a book called At Sea with God written by Margaret Silf.

There will be time to share in groups; there will be activities and opportunities to ask questions.
